We have some fun and exciting news! Curiosity Corner Preschool is now located in its very own building, 320 Amity Street Lowell MI 49331. The building is called the Yeiter Learning Center, named after Betty Yeiter, and Curiosity Corner Preschool is honored to be located there!
You want your child to have the best start to their school years, and being a part of Curiosity Corner Preschool will give your child a head start at being successful in their K-12 educational journey! Curiosity Corner offers a variety of programs for children 2 1/2 through 5 years old.
In the end, It's a good beginning that counts!
We believe families help to make a difference in educational achievement, therefore, we encourage parents to volunteer in our classrooms (volunteer forms must be filled out and approved), and help keep that parents/teacher communication open. Both our 3's and 4's programs have a lead teacher and an aide, in each classroom.
Experienced caring teachers, provide an age appropriate curriculum that supports our school district's kindergarten programs.
Sharing, cooperating, taking turns, and learning self-help skills are so important for school success! At Curiosity Corner, your child will build confidence and social skills through free play, games, outdoor play, songs, art, science, literacy, math and so much more. Please contact us for more information.
You may also bring younger siblings to one of our 2 weekly playgroups (see TOTS Program) while your preschooler attends class. They will make new friends and build social skills, to help prepare them for preschool. Visit us soon in the Runciman building! We look forward to meeting your family!
To provide a positive atmosphere for children to grow intellectually, socially, and physically through cooperative partnerships between parents and staff.
During your child's first steps into their educational journey, our preschool programs will work with you and your family to raise healthy, confident, and academically successful children. These are the years when you can make a big difference in your child's development - and your child's future.
The Lowell Area Community Fund and our schools have partnered for over 14 years, to build a dynamic early childhood program, found in no other community! Explore our programs and choose the one that is right for you!
