Facility Use Request


PROCESS

  1. View the district calendar to determine External Linkavailability.  Keep in mind, all district usage is not included on all calendars.  As a general rule, district spaces are limited to availability.  
  2. Responsible party must fill out a PDF DocumentVolunteer Consent Form and provide a copy of their drivers license.  Both the completed form and the drivers license should be emailed to External LinkAshley Velzen.  
  3. Pending approval of Volunteer Consent Form, review the PDF DocumentFacility Use Rules and Regulations as well as the PDF DocumentFacility Use Rental Fees.  Responsible party must create an account and complete the online External LinkFacility Rental Form.  Please be as detailed as possible. A PDF Documentuser guide is available if you require additional help creating an account or completing the form.  Questions about Facility Use Requests should be directed to External LinkAshley Velzen.  Please allow 2-3 business days for a response.
  4. The district will send out a confirmation or denial.  If denied a reason why will be included.  
  5. After use of the  facility, pay the facility fee invoice.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  1. Winter rentals are subject to plowing services.
  2. Weekend plowing will result in additional fees.
  3. If school is canceled/closed, all rentals are canceled.
  4. No rentals are available during school holidays.
  5. Facilities are not available during summer months unless approved by the District.
  6. Rentals may be subject to custodial service charges.

Throughout the year there are many factors which impact facility usage and availability. The district reserves the right to cancel facility reservations as necessary.
